    1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of IT services and consulting solutions by TechyHut Solutions. By engaging with our services, clients agree to abide by these terms.

    2. Services Provided

    TechyHut Solutions offers the following IT services:

    • Web development and software solutions
    • IT consulting and technical support
    • AI-powered solutions and automation services
    • Cybersecurity and data protection consulting
    • Other IT-related services as agreed upon

    3. Client Responsibilities

    • Clients must provide accurate and complete project requirements.
    • Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
    • Clients must ensure timely communication for project progress.

    4. Payments & Billing

    • Service charges are based on the agreed-upon contract.
    • Payments must be made as per the invoice terms (e.g., 50% advance, 50% upon completion).
    • Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.

    5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

    • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information.
    • TechyHut Solutions follows strict data protection policies and does not share client data with third parties without consent.

    6. Intellectual Property

    • Any custom software, websites, or solutions developed remain the property of TechyHut Solutions until full payment is received.
    • After payment, ownership may be transferred based on contract terms.

    7. Service Warranty & Support

    • We provide post-launch support as per the contract.
    • Any bugs or issues reported within the warranty period will be resolved free of charge.
    • Additional support or maintenance will be charged separately.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • TechyHut Solutions is not responsible for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.
    • We are not liable for third-party software failures, cybersecurity attacks, or improper client usage of solutions provided.

    9. Termination of Services

    • Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice (e.g., 30 days' notice).
    • In case of early termination, payments for completed work remain due.
    • TechyHut Solutions reserves the right to discontinue services in case of non-payment or contract violations.

    10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These terms are governed by the local laws of India (or the relevant jurisdiction).
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion, mediation, or legal proceedings if necessary.
